Return & Exchange Policy

At Aamod Studios, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will review the issue and determine if an exchange can be made.

Damages and Issues

We take utmost care in delivering high-quality products, but in rare cases where you receive a damaged or defective item, we request you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us on the same day if there is an issue.

To report a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear images of the damaged or defective item. Ensure that the images clearly show the defect, including packaging if necessary.
  • Email the images to studioaamod@gmail.com on the same day of delivery along with your order details (order number, product name, and your contact information).
  • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.

Please note:

  • Requests made after the day of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging for us to process an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit at our discretion.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. These include:

  • Custom or personalized products made specifically for you.
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted products.
  • Gift cards and promotional giveaways.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling, improper use, or negligence.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If an exchange is approved, you will be required to return the damaged product to the designated address. The exchange process may take up to 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
