At Aamod Studios, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition and within the estimated time frame. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
- As we work on order basis the processing time for each order averages to 7-8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, such as:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Lockdowns, strikes, or government regulations
- Customs clearance delays for international shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your package.
Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Aamod Studios is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to pay for re-shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Aamod Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and item(s).
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at studioaamod@gmail.com with images and order details.
- We will evaluate the issue and determine if a replacement can be made.
